Remote support
You have just purchased the hosting package from pla.NET.gr and feel a bit lost about how you will upload the files of your website? Maybe you try to setup your email account in a client email application, such as Outlook or in your smartphone but you do not seem to get it through? If you have already read the "FAQ" section and still you have not found an answer to your problem, do not panic. pla.NET.gr provides remote support service to its clients.
The only thing you should do is to download the application of the remote connection, and get in contact with us to state the problem you face sufficiently and reveal the ID access key and the password which is shown on the application window (as highlighted in red in the screenshot on your left). A member of our technical team will shortly connect to your computer and help you out to do all the necessary configurations or actions. Above service is provided only to pla.NET.gr clients and only for issues related directly to the provided services by pla.NET.gr. Please note that the downloadable file is zipped and you should unzip it before you run it. If you still do not have compression software or do not know how to unzip it, you could try to download the unzipped version of the application. The application does NOT need installation, just run the exe. file. |
